Founded in 1997, Kids Coop Theatre is one of New Hampshire's leading community theatre companies. In addition to opportunities to perform in quality productions, our charter is to provide children and teens with instruction, encouragement, and development in the performing arts. We also emphasize (and require) the active participation of parents and other adult volunteers as part of our production teams. Our company has a strong Board of Directors, solid finances, and the production experience of some twenty high-quality performances.

Kids Coop Enrollment
Enrollment in Kid’s Coop Theatre is a requirement in order to be included on the casting list for our shows. All you have to do is fill out the enrollment form (which you may download by clicking here), and mail it in with the $10.00 administrative fee. After that, you will be included on our e-mail list, which will keep you informed about casting dates for our upcoming shows. When you see a show that you are interested in performing in, just download the appropriate form and send it in.

Auditions
All children who are accepted to audition are automatically cast in the show, based on the auditions. If the response for participation is greater than the cast size determined for that show, name cards would be drawn from a lottery, based upon age and gender categories. All remaining cards will be placed on a waiting list. This will be a random drawing conducted by the Board of Directors. KCT does not conduct “cattle call” auditions; all who audition are cast in the show.
